Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Invinciboz savings group management platform and related services (the "Service"), operated by Invinciboz ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach
• Not share your account with or transfer it to any other person
• Keep your profile information accurate and up to date
• Use a secure password and not reuse credentials from other services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

The Service is provided for the purpose of managing savings groups, tracking contributions, and facilitating group financial coordination. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity of any kind
• Manipulate contribution records or falsify financial data
• Harass, threaten, or harm other members of any savings group
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit the platform's code or data
• Introduce malware, bots, or other disruptive technologies

Invinciboz provides tools to help organise and track savings groups. We are a software platform, not a financial institution. Specifically:

• We do not hold, move, or guarantee any funds on behalf of users
• Financial arrangements between group members are solely between those members
• Group admins are responsible for the accuracy of records they manage
• Disputes between group members must be resolved among the parties involved

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Invinciboz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior authorisation
• Create derivative works based on the Service's design or functionality

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with or without notice
• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Update these Terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice before they take effect.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invinciboz disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Invinciboz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or financial opportunity
• Disputes or losses arising between savings group members
• Service downtime or data inaccuracies
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of €50 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or that your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
